Huskies hunt, and they have revealed their true nature in the National Championship game against Purdue. For Dan Hurley, his one goal to win consecutive championship titles sees no obstacles. Not even at the hands of the tallest man on the floor tonight- Zach Edey. UConn is pouncing, stealing, and making buckets, bringing the best of both worlds as everyone focuses on the fast event. However, one man whom the fans should applaud is the head coach Hurley.

Tonight’s DI men’s championship game was a throwback to Dawn Staley’s South Carolina Gamecocks. She smoothly took over the NCAA’s all-time leading scorer to grab her second trophy of this decade. UConn orchestrated something similar. Zach Edey had his claws tightly clenching the scoreboard. But Storr’s 7-ft-2 giant loosened the grip with an incredibly well-thought-out defense.

In fact, Edey was not able to make any buckets in the last and initial few minutes of both halves. He still grabbed a double-double with 37 points and 10 rebounds. Moreover, fans titled Edey Demigod for his performance, but nothing was enough. Watching UConn deprive the 7-ft-4 center of breathing space, many are pooling to react to Hurley’s coaching instinct.
