Virginia Tech is slowly making its presence felt in the Atlantic Coast Conference. The Hokies bounced back after their heartbreaker against Florida in an 87-72 victory against Clemson. However, in both these contrasting results, one player stood out for the team and that was none other than Sean Pedulla.

The 6 ft 1 in point guard is putting on quite a show. For the second consecutive time, he stole the spotlight with his mighty exhibition.

Sean Pedulla sizzles again

The Cassell Coliseum was lighted the moment Pedulla opened the scoring for the home team by banging a breathtaking three. Coming off a career-high 26 points against Florida, the 21-year-old entered the court with every intention to deliver yet another big performance. Within the first 5 minutes, he drains another shot from beyond the arc just to give a glimpse of what’s to come. Following this, he jacked up 4 more threes and was well on his way to registering another career-high number. Eventually, he finished the night with 32 points along with 7 assists and 4 rebounds.

Seemingly, Sean Pedulla divided his spectacular performance perfectly in both halves. He ended the opening 20 minutes with 16 points in his bag. Further, with over 11 minutes left on the clock, he scored his 27th point for the night which took him beyond his previous best. Finally, he closed the game by perfectly burying two free throws from the spot.

The season has been quite productive for the three-star recruit.

How’s the season turning out to be for Pedulla?

The explosive No.3 of Virginia Tech has been the player to watch out for the Virginia Tech Hokies. He holds the best scoring average in the team in the 13 games he’s been a part of. Apparently, he has notched 193 points at 14.8 points per game. Moreover, he also grabbed 53 assists at an average of 4.1 which is the most number in the locker room. In addition, Pedulla is the third-best 3-point shooter on the team by securing 39% of his attempts. Sean has also put up decent numbers on the defensive front. He currently averages 1 steal per game.

There is no denying that Sean Pedulla is an exceptional NCAA athlete. The two back-to-back phenomenal performances are further proof of what he’s capable of. Consequently, fans will be hoping to see him display such exhibition in his upcoming fixtures.
