The LSU squad is in red-hot form following their opening game debacle. The Lady Tigers have sent out a clear message about their title defense to their opponents. However, the one that is troubling its fans is the absence of their star performer of last season, Angel Reese.

The Bayou Barbie has been out of Kim Mukley’s starting line-up for two consecutive games now. Nonetheless, her supporters are making sure that she is not forgotten.

Angel Reese receives a special fan message

Angel Reese is definitely collecting followers in her age group and basketball fans. However, she also happens to have some young admirers who miss her since the No. 10 did not attend the last two games with the LSU Tigers. Angel Reese recently shared a sweet gesture from one of her fans in her Instagram story. Her story includes a picture in which a young fan has drawn a sweet message for her. With as much as we can see, it says– “Dear Angel, come back to the games. I’m your biggest fan.”

Along with the delightful letter was a drawing in crayons and apparently the artist was the same fan. Angel can be seen with what seems to be the two kids– Benton and Pearson– in the crayon art. Following this, Angel posted the story with the caption, “Love my neighbors.” It is clear that everyone is still curious about why the star player who has shown her potential in every game for LSU is not in the lineup. Nonetheless, it was a very sweet gesture by the young fans.

Everyone has been showing love to Angel as she is cryptically taken off the lineup this season. However, as Kim Mulkey stated, she will soon return. And fans can be sure that her return will be as smooth as her scoring. It is a sure thing that the fans will want to see more of this Most Outstanding Player of last year’s tournament on the court.
