The well-known and well-respected sport analyst sat down with his colleagues on the set of The Field Of 68: After Dark, as they talked about the recent Kentucky Wildcats upset. When asked about Kentucky’s performance in a game, Goodman stated, “Does it surprise you that Kentucky, a young team like this, goes from beating Miami and kicking crap out of him (Miami), to losing at home to Wilmington and that’s what they’re going to be early. During the interview, Goodman highlighted that the Wildcats need to work on their defense if they want to win the title. He also added, “I think still we got crazy on Kentucky after that Miami game and the fact they play Kansas as well as they did deservedly so but again they’re going to have their peaks and valleys because of their youth.”
The Wildcats gave a stellar performance in their latest game, but the Seahawks proved to be a deadly force for them. Following their recent win over Miami, fans termed the Kentucky as clear favorites, but the Seahawks had different plans.

Disappointed by the performance, Kentucky head coach John Calipari expressing his frustration in an interview with Courier Journal said, “We couldn’t stay in front of the ball, and you can scheme and do all this stuff, but when you get a lead and they go and do an and-one layup on a straight-line drive? It’s hard.” However, this loss doesn’t define their worth, as the Wildcats are impressing everyone with their impressive skills.
