Additionally, she was crowned the 2023 Final Four Most Outstanding Player owing to her performance. Reese’s skills and commitment also helped her win the prestigious BET Sportswoman of the Year award. However, her latest accomplishment would be her selection as one of Glamour magazine’s College Women of the Year.

Recently, Angel Reese appeared in an interview with Glamour?where she sat down with WNBA legend Lisa Leslie for an open conversation about her life on and off the court.

With the basketball season coming up shortly, Reese was asked about the songs that get her pumped and undoubtedly, her teammate made it to the list. She revealed, “When it?s game time, it’s all about Flau?jae. Whether we?re at LSU or hitting the court with my team, Flau?jae?s on repeat.”

Reese told Glamour, “We?re big supporters of everything she does. Her story and dedication, balancing studio work, (and) school and basketball is truly inspiring. We make sure to play her music to show our support and help spread her passion.”

Johnson signed a massive distribution contract with Jay Z’s Roc Nation label in 2020. Her background as a rapper, however, dates all the way back to middle school.
