Curry on Thursday appeared on the ‘Dubs Talk: A Golden State Warriors Podcast’ and deliberated on the college basketball circuit. “It’s been great. It is what should be happening… Lot’s of opportunities in how the game is marketed. The amount of eyeballs that are around it. The amount of talent that’s in the league. You look at the college game right now. Names are coming out every year. You got Caitlin Clark, Paige Bueckers, Azzi Fudd, you got Cameron Brink… You got names all across the board. Make you wanna tune in and watch,” stated Curry.

Notably, Curry had also wished the University of Connecticut star Fudd on her 21st birthday. Fudd has partnered with Curry’s SC30 Inc. brand and is also in a mentorship program under Curry.

Similarly, other players such as the Iowa Hawkeyes Caitlin Clark has been instrumental in taking the game to another level as over 9.9 million record people had tuned in during their last year’s championship finals. Her performance has been exemplary. Clark recently basketed her ninth 40 points game against the Virginia Tech Hokies, edging past them by a narrow margin of 80-76.

The Huskies’ point guard Bueckers is often compared with Clark for her skills, and chose not to be available for the WNBA 2023 draft and return to her college with an additional year given to her. Her goal is to help her team win the coveted championship. Such is the level of talent and dedication in the college players.

Similarly, Stanford Cardinal star Cameron Brink scored a double-double, helping the team in a blowout victory against the Indiana Hoosiers. The Cardinal are enjoying an unbeaten 3-0 run in the current tournament. But how has the overall game progressed so far?
