Deiondra Sanders is enjoying a special moment with her gal pal. Since the arrival of Baby Que, Deiondra has been surrounded by love and support for good. From Deion to his sons, most have showered her with cheers. Now, her best friend Khaliah has joined in on the celebration.

On August 19, Khaliah shared a touching note on social media, expressing her gratitude for being chosen as Baby Que’s godmother. She kicked off the post with a sweet message: “To my godchild. My precious godchild,” addressing Baby Que directly. She also beautifully noted how she’ll be there for Baby Que’s every step of the way, teaching him about faith and life. And she ended her note with the loving words, “Know that godmommy will always cherish you.”

Her friend’s message clearly moved Deiondra Sanders, who responded with a heartfelt comment: “Awww Omg so beautiful. 🥹 He has the best Godmommy ever. Thank you for being there every step of the way💕.” She even reposted Khaliah’s message on her Instagram story, showing her pride in her best friend.

Well, let’s just say Khaliah has been by Baby Que’s side even before he arrived. From organizing the gender reveal party and supporting Deiondra throughout her pregnancy, she’s been there all along. Interestingly, Baby Que shares his birthday with Coach Prime and his godmother Khaliah on August 9.

Even though the Sanders clan couldn’t be there for Baby Que’s birth, he’s been showered with so much love from his friends and family ever since that he doesn’t miss a thing.

Deiondra Sanders’ family absent during baby Que’s birth

Deion Sanders was thrilled about Baby Que’s arrival since Deiondra announced her pregnancy in March. Just a week before the baby boy was born, Deion excitedly commented on one of Deiondra’s posts, saying, “My baby gon take us in the delivery room if they let her.” Little did he know that Deiondra would deliver just a few days later, coinciding with his birthday.

Unfortunately, Grandpa Prime had to miss the birth because of a birthday press meeting in Boulder. However, during the press conference, he shared his excitement, saying, “God would choose me on my birthday, for my daughter, for my kids to have their first child, the first time I’m a grandfather, on my birthday.” His sons, Shilo and Shedeur, quickly joined in the celebration. Shilo confirmed that Baby Que is healthy, adding, “I’ve seen him on FaceTime. I’m proud of her [Deiondra].” Shedeur sounded equally thrilled, saying, “We are uncles, yeah!”

Meanwhile, Deiondra’s brother, Deion Sanders Jr., remained quiet during the celebrations, missing from the festivities. However, his girlfriend, Brittany Faye, showered Deiondra with love on Instagram, commenting, “Congrats!!!!!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰💕💕💕💕” Although only Deion’s ex, Carolyn Chambers, was present at the hospital, the love and support from the rest of the Sanders family have helped Deiondra feel surrounded by love despite their absence.
