Every other day, we see something unfolding in the long list of dramas surrounding Jordan Hudson and Bill Belichick. Two days ago, the coach was on ‘The Pivot Podcast’ where he made things clear. UNC football was his focus, and any other opportunity that comes is looked at by his 24-year-old girlfriend, Hudson. “But really what she does helps me spend my time on football, and that’s what’s important to me,” Belichick explained. So his media interviews or any speaking arrangements fall under his partner’s scope of responsibilities. Perhaps that explains their awkward CBS Sports interview.

Last month, Belichick was busy giving an interview to the network, but a couple of things bothered people. Firstly, the coach appeared wearing an old football jersey with a hole in the neck. Secondly, his girlfriend had stopped him from answering questions about their relationship. Reports also suggest that Hudson even stormed off the set at one point. All this brought in questions about Belichick’s legacy and how the spotlight was away from UNC. To handle this PR mess, Brandon Faber—a man with decades of PR experience was brought in.

Previously, coach Belichick worked with PR professional Berj Najarian for a very long time. Belichick even took him along when he switched from the New York Jets to the New England Patriots. And now many feel that Hudson is trying to play the role Najarian had. In fact, last week, Belichick’s former player, Julian Edelman, came to their rescue and stated that Hudson had interrupted Belichick’s interview just like any other PR person would have. But considering they also share a personal relationship, Edelman said it was “unfair” to interpret it as his girlfriend jumping in. Now there is a new update on Hudson’s professional involvement.

In a new video on PABLO TORRE FINDS OUT on YouTube, Torre claimed: “Bill Belichick, to the people he’s doing these media projects with, is repeatedly calling Jordan ‘brilliant.’ He is telling them, ‘You need to hire Jordan.’ He told one of these media companies, I am told that they should hire her for a six-figure salary as part of their deal with him to make the show in question.

“She was on every single call, every single email, they had to go through her. She ran his life. Media partners had to go to her to get to him.  They commuted together all the time from Boston to New Jersey. She was calling people into meetings.” But things don’t end here. Torre claimed he knew another story that would shock everyone!

“In another infamous story that circulated among dozens of people on set at the NFL film studio. Bill Belichick, he’s wearing a mic. She is whispering to him off camera somewhere. The problem is that there are these things in television called control rooms and at NFL films headquarters as Bill Belichick and Jordan Hudson are mic’d up. They [control room] proceed to hear them talking s–t about all sorts of people. They’re talking s–t about graphics. They’re talking so much about the graphics people,” Torre said dramatically. “They are not aware that dozens of people can hear them talk!”

The conversation that unfolded between the two was an ultimate scoop for the producers, but it remains hidden from the public eye. Given that the couple is already caught up in a huge PR storm, releasing this conversation will just add more fuel to the fire. However, take Pablo Torre’s claims with a pinch of salt.

What’s your perspective on:

Is Jordan Hudson's influence on UNC football a blessing or a curse for the program?

When Torre claimed Jordon Hudson was banned from UNC football facilities!

Pablo Torre has been breaking insider information about the Hudson-Belichick saga for a while now. In fact, earlier this month, he had claimed she was banned from UNC facilities. However, the athletic department wrote a statement in response to this and said the reports were false.

“While Jordon Hudson is not an employee at the University or Carolina Athletics, she is welcome to the Carolina Football facilities… Jordon will continue to manage all activities related to Coach Belichick’s personal brand outside of his responsibilities for Carolina Football and the University,” the statement read. But Torre was not about to keep quiet. He took to X and doubled down that his sources were trusted.

“UNC can now choose to describe or change its position on Jordon Hudson’s involvement however it wishes, following the publication of our episode. We requested comment and filed dozens of FOIA requests that were not satisfied. And we stand by the specific reporting in our episode, which came from the highest levels of the football program,” he wrote on X. Well, whatever the truth is, the Hudson-Belichick controversy is far from its end.

They began dating two years ago, but their relationship came under the spotlight after Belichick went to North Carolina. In March, Matt Hartman of The Assembly had reported that, per a FOIA request, the coach asked UNC staff to add his girlfriend to all emails that were being sent to him. However, the CBS News Sunday Morning debacle only added to the entire drama.
