Now, he gives out a word of advice for all women so that relationship troubles can be avoided down the road.

Deiondra re-shared her father’s strong words on Instagram, which read, “Ladies, please, marry a man who’s emotionally intelligent. A man who fixes the issue instead of acting nonchalantly. A man who knows how to communicate so that you can freely express your feelings. A man who shows the same level of respect during disagreements.
