After an upsetting loss against Kansas State last week, the Colorado Buffs are back on track to face their opponents, the Arizona Wildcats. And they have already dominated them by taking a lead of 14-0 in the first half. But it looks like the injuries are the one thing that is constant from their last game. However, this time the injury brought good news for quarterback Shedeur Sanders. Surprising right?

Today, @wecoming took to X to share an upsetting moment from the game. During the game, Buff’s tight end Sam Hart was taken to the sidelines because of an expected leg injury. However, fans were surprised to see Buffs star quarterback Shedeur Sanders helping him to get outside the field. This also cleared his image as some celebrity figure who doesn’t get involved with his other team members.

Well, people often take shots at the Buffs star quarterback and even Deion Sanders for their millionaire status and lifestyle. Not only are they constantly trolled, but it was also given the tag of “snob” for only following a luxury lifestyle but not playing a good game. However, these allegations hold no value, as Shedeur is not only playing a remarkable game this season but is also considered one of the top players in the Heisman race.

Even last season, Shedeur Sanders was called a player “playing for clicks” during a Buffs game against Oregon. And even the same continuous this season after their heated rivalry game against CSU. 

Shedeur Sanders’s ‘snob’ status

Well, this season also, Shedeur Sanders faced a similar situation during the Buffs showdown against the Colorado State Rams. Ahead of their game, CSU star quarterback Brayden Fowler-Nicolosi took a jab at Shedeur and the Buffs, saying, “We’ll see how far Instagram followers get them.”

However, after their faceoff, when the Rams lost against them, Shedeur Sanders was shaking hands with all CSU players except Brayden, as he was saying a lot of degrading things about him, and Shedeur confronted him, saying, “You were talking s— on Instagram… You can’t f— with me.” 

After this, Shedeur Sanders was in a tough spot, as he was again given the title of a snob for refusing to shake hands with Brayden Fowler. There were a lot of questions raised about his maturity as a player, and many predicted that he was not going to have a strong NFL future.

But isn’t it like what goes around, that comes around? Brayden deserved a reality check, and that’s what Shedeur did to him. But after today’s showdown, his image finally cleared up, and he was not what people perceived him to be. For now, let’s see how the game turns out for the Buffs.
