Now what happens when you put a Jedi and a Sith in the same room? A lot of lightsaber clash right? Yeah, that’s the sole reason why no one from the Sanders family tries to set up Deion Sanders and Pilar Sanders together. But hey, that doesn’t mean Shedeur Sanders and Shilo Sanders would stop trying, right? It’s the home game finale for the Buffs and they are rocking Oklahoma State out of the water with their run. To add spice to the 52-0 win over the Cowboys, Shilo and Shedeur decided to get Deion Sanders and Pilar to walk together. Yeah, shouldn’t have done that. The moment Coach Prime saw Pilar, he just “skedaddled” out of the way.

And finally, we have an explanation as to why Deion Sanders even pulled that trick. Back on the Pacman Jones Show, Deion mentioned, “Imma tell all you viewers… God has blessed me to have understanding and wisdom… The biggest blessing that I have in my life is the ability to walk away.” If you have not seen that clip yet, please do. Deion didn’t just “walk” away. He ran the moment he saw Pilar.

Now any new Buffs fan would wonder why this exchange even happened. How bad can an ex-wife be, right? Yeah, see the thing is, the entire divorce proceedings that went down between Coach Prime and Pilar weren’t exactly good.

There were a lot of ugly twists and turns and Pilar even ended up losing a $2.2 million defamation lawsuit. So yeah, Deion, not wanting to be there, is understandable. Even Shilo would agree that getting his mom and dad together is like World War. “That’s like World War III trying to get them to walk together,” Shilo had mentioned.

Regardless, both of them have figured out a proper middle ground. As Coach Prime leads the Buffs and his sons to new heights, Pilar is out there giving them all the moral support they need. But hey, this entire debacle added a fun element to the otherwise sad CU Senior Day.

Shilo Sanders and Shedeur Sanders’ departure

You know what? This year was perfect for Shilo and Shedeur. The QB got his shot at proving himself and now he is the No.1 quarterback pick for the 2025 draft. Yeah, people will argue that Dillion Gabriel or the QB from the natty-winning team should get the shot, but let’s be real. what Shedeur has done this season, no one can pull that off.

And for Shilo? Well, we do think the season could’ve been better. The entire injury did slow him down, but he tried his best and that is all that matters. We cannot wait to see what these 2 do with an NFL squad.

For Shedeur, we already know that the Raiders are the prime destination. Especially with NFL star Tom Brady singing his praise, Shedeur should get an easy entry. For Shilo? The question remains unanswered. We have to wait and watch how the entire 2025 drafts pan out.
