There’s trouble in paradise. It’s almost a recap of the Deiondra-Dreezy social media showdown. People are wondering why Deiondra Sanders hasn’t been spotted around with Jacquees lately. Now the beans are spilled and it looks like she’s the one taking the hit from an alleged fling circulating between her fiancé and singer DeJ Loaf. And what’s making this heartbreak even harder to accept is the unexpected role of Jacquees’ mom, who’s playing a part in the drama. But is Deiondra really done?

To understand what’s happening, we gotta go back and see who’s who. Jacquees and Dej Loaf aren’t strangers to each other. They’ve been hanging out for years, releasing music together including their hit album F— A Friend Zone in 2017. They’re now back to record a second installment set to be released on Valentine’s Day. Needless to say, this means Jacquees has been spending more time away from Deiondra and their son Snow these past weeks. His social posts are also largely centered on his project with Loaf. 

While that alone is no cause for worry, the reason for Deiondra’s frustration is valid. The first time she slammed this collaboration was because she was reportedly not allowed to be on set for Jacquees and Loaf’s video shoot. Suspicious? In her second jab, Deiondra didn’t mince words. “People gotta fake a relationship to sale albums,” she fired. “Stop asking me why I’m not around. I am not allowed to be around them cause Dej would feel uncomfortable if his fiance there. As I said before y’all got it y’all won. Hope y’all lil album sale the most y’all done ever sold.”

After laying her emotions bare for the world to see, Deiondra Sanders is finding her ground again. And this time, she’s not going to let petty relationship drama out shadow her blessings. Taking to X on February 12, she wrote, “Now I’m done for real. I can’t keep embarrassing my family like this. Sorry y’all. Back to the regular program. We may have a surprise for you all today ❤️” Meanwhile, on Tuesday, it seems like Dej Loaf chose to return some shots to Deiondra! 

The singer shared a series of photos on X (formerly Twitter). Her caption is what appears to be a slight clapback at Jacquees fiancée. “Doing Press > Being Pressed,” Dej Loaf wrote, adding a starry-eyed emoticon. After The Shade Room reposted Dej Loaf’s “pressed” post, Deiondra Sanders took it to the comment section within an hour. The new mother accused Dej of wanting to take her spot in Jacquees’ life.

“Being pressed is telling his momma Ms. Rosie how you still want him. Telling his momma u wish it was you. You and yo momma mad cause he proposed to me. You waited to see what que would do before u came out with yo girlfriend. Waiting around year after year and never choose. Dej keep it cute before I air all yo sh*t out!!!” Deiondra wrote. Looks like her frustration isn’t directed at just Loaf.

Deiondra Sanders takes a shot at Jacquees’ mom

Deiondra isn’t just mad with the pair. She’s also letting her disappointment known to Jacquees’ mother Rosie, who seems to be all in on this drama. In her IG story, she posted a reel of Rosie commenting “Dummy!!!” on the narrative and added her own caption. “Ms Rosie better stop playing with me. Nobody off limits now. Now go be with yo husband and keep stealing and hiding yo son money.” In the next slide, she posted Rosie’s gratitude post to Deion Sanders for having Jacquees on his show. Her caption — “Yes you’re welcome for having your son on MY DADDY SHOW. They respected him and welcomed him with CLASS unlike y’all. Y’all got the right one today.” 

Relationship troubles never end but despite the pain, Deiondra isn’t letting this define her. She has something far more precious to focus on — her sweet and innocent baby Snow. Her little angel just turned six months old and in the midst of the chaos. He’s her light. Her heartfelt posts like “Snow is 6 months today 🙏🏾 I love him so much” and “Snow Snow😍 The one that changed my life❤️” say it all. The surprise she mentioned in her post could be a possible face reveal of Snow. After all, she hinted at that in her IG story. 

Love may falter, trust may break, and people may disappoint. But Deiondra has her son. And as the world watches her navigate this storm, one thing is clear — she’s choosing to rise.
