The two have been dating for a while now, navigating tough times as Coach Prime battled his cancer diagnosis. Through it all, Tran has gradually become part of the Sanders family, and perhaps most importantly, she’s earned the approval of the youngest star of the household, Snow.

Back in August, Tran admitted she was in a relationship. She didn’t name her beau, but the hint was clear. “If I wasn’t having fun, I wouldn’t be in [the relationship],” she said on the What’s Next with J. Ryan podcast. She won the Excellence Artist Award at the 2025 Black Beauty Roster, and it’s a win the entrepreneur holds close to her heart. “Thank you for pushing for inclusivity and visibility in the beauty industry and championing for black businesses,” she wrote in a message on Instagram. Deion Sanders couldn’t help but express his pride in Karrueche Tran’s success. “BEAUTIFUL & CLASSY, one of my Favorite Colors,” he wrote in the comments.

“Okay Papa Sanders, I see you!” wrote one fan in a reply to his message. The two are testing the waters when it comes to making their relationship public. Though Tran and Sanders are not naming names, we know what’s up based on these cues. It’s serious between these two, and with time, we might be getting to see more of the pair together. Quietly, they are making some bold statements about the status of their relationship.
