Coach Prime’s parenting techniques are just as renowned as his coaching style. Sanders has never been hesitant to provide a reality check to his children. From calling out his daughter’s bold decision to enter the transfer portal as “stupid” to publicly criticizing his son Shilo Sanders for his poor performance against the Kansas State Wildcats, Deion has always been vocal about his emotions. However, in recent developments, Deion Sanders has shed light on a lesser-known fact about his QB son, Shedeur Sanders.

We often see Shedeur Sanders in a tricky spot with the media or other team players taking shots at each other but missing out on something that is actually on the inside. Today, talking about his nature and the values he has, Deion Sanders on DNVR Sports said, “His heart is phenomenal. We even had a guy who jumped into the transfer portal this offseason. He didn’t have furniture in his home, but Shedeur bought it for him. I mean loaded them up. He then jumped in the transfer portal, and he didn’t even say thank you and didn’t even say bye.” Well, that’s a very different side of Shedeur Sanders, which people need to know.

Shedeur Sanders often gets a reputation as an arrogant person who doesn’t respect other teams, but people miss out on the reason behind his actions. During the Buffs game against their in-state rivals, Shedeur refused to shake hands with Colorado State Rams quarterback Brayden Fowler Nicolsi after the Buffs won the game. But not because of any attitude but because of the disrespectful words Brayden used for him and the Buffs. What’s wrong with that?

Even when Shedeur Sanders called out the Colorado offensive line’s struggles in protecting him during the Nebraska game, he was unfairly labeled “immature.” The guy was sacked five times throughout the game. Shedeur calling out the team might be showing less of the team’s unity, but getting sacked repeatedly and ending up losing the game gives you frustration. Moreover, even after giving a standout performance in the game, Shedeur is not getting the hype he deserves.

Is Shedeur Sanders not getting the hype he deserves?

Colorado Buffs star quarterback Shedeur Sanders is not only coming out as a kind soul but also steadily earning a strong reputation as an exceptional quarterback in the ongoing season. Not only is he one of the top contenders for the Heisman Trophy, but he is also giving his team an edge in the league. Shedeur has completed 220 out of 300 passes for 2591 yards with 21 touchdowns and 3 rushing touchdowns; if that’s not excellence, then what is? But it still looks like Shedeur is not getting the appreciation he deserves.

However, the media somehow always misses out on these facts and focuses on the controversies surrounding Shedeur Sanders and the team. Even after such a high performance in the season, Shedeur is not getting the hype he deserves. During a recent interview, Coach Prime himself praised Shedeur’s “phenomenal” work this season, stating, “He is so darn good that we don’t give him the credit he deserves for some of the things he does… And he’s not even mentioned for the Heisman? My bad—he’s my son, that’s why.”
