Finally, they are stepping up. See, the biggest problem with the Buffs was their offensive line. These guys barely protected Shedeur Sanders last year, and it was a mess for his overall stats. The dude became the most sacked QB, man. That has to hurt. While Deion Sanders did use the transfer portal to switch things up, against Huskers this season, we saw the same problems coming up. The problem with these guys is the consistency. Against Huskers, they were tragic, and Shedeur Sanders was barely protected. They follow it up and watch the Texas Tech game or Utes game and the O-line is in perfect shape? Like what?
And now, as Coach Prime and Co. face off against their final rivals of the season, it looks like the offensive line would do anything to protect their quarterback. Back on X, a user shared a clip from the Oklahoma St. and Buffs game with the caption; “After last week’s cheap shot on Shedeur, the Buffs Offense was not about to let this unnecessary roughness out of bounds fly.” Now, let’s be real. Jayhawks tried to break Shedeur’s legs, and it is SO visible when you check the tapes. Now, when Temerrick Johnson pushed Shedeur out of bounds during a rush at 1st down, the offense was not having it and was right up on Johnson’s face.

That one hit to the knee against the Jayhawks has got all the boys on edge and this is what you want to see. No offensive line should stand there and watch their QB get messed up. From the footage we have seen of the Buffs and the boys, all of them are well-connected and care for each other. So, this entire reaction towards Johnson’s act makes sense.
Let’s hope they don’t let Shedeur get sacked way too many times against Oklahoma St. See, Coach Prime and Co. are already up by 21 points, and the Cowboys are trailing behind. But here is the thing, though. Winning this game is IMPORTANT.
We all know that after last week’s loss, any playoff dream is off the table. While Deion and his boys are still going to the Bowl games, there is another cup waiting for them: the Big 12 championship game. But. Will only winning against Oklahoma guarantee that?

Big 12 Championship game on the horizon for the Buffs
Out of ALL the conferences out there, there has been nothing more confusing than the Big 12. Now, why do we say this? See, for SEC, we all know that Georgia is facing off against someone. It’s either another Longhorns game, or maybe the Aggies are going to crack it.
What’s your perspective on:
Can the Buffs' offensive line finally step up and protect Shedeur Sanders when it truly matters?
Have an interesting take?
For the Big 10? It is Oregon and Ohio State Buckeyes. No one else even COMES close. But for Big 12, 4 teams are waiting in line. Arizona State, Iowa State, BYU, and Buffs. If Deion Sanders wins this, then Colorado is 9-3 on the list.

If they want a ticket into the championship game, 2 teams from the 3 have to lose. At this point, it is pure luck for Coach Prime and Co. Pretty sure Buffs fans cannot wait to see how this unfolds.
