A former NFL punter, the host of The Pat McAfee Show and ESPN’s College Game Day member Pat McAfee is back today with another round of the kicking competition. As is the norm, the show hosts a random fan to showcase their kicking skills by making a field goal. The prize? It can range from a quarter of a million to half a million. Who do we have on the November 9 episode? An LSU student, Brady. The suspense builds up as Brady lines up to kick the football. What’s on the line? $525000. $400,000 for the Hurricane relief and $125,000 for the student. Did he make it?

Hell no!! The kick was wide left, and it wasn’t as easy as the student may have imagined it to be in his head. A good run-up and kick it? Yeah? Well, clearly not! That wasn’t it. The crowd demanded that the student be given another chance at glory. McAfee isn’t one to not listen to the crowd. He obliged, and Brady got another chance. Before he kicked for the second time, he got a motivating speech from McAfee, and Kirk Herbstreit advised Brady on where to aim his kick. Did it work?

Hell no, again!! And we got the usual “this guy suckss!!” from McAfee. That wasn’t it all. As a disappointing Brady was leaving, McAfee doubled down, saying, “Brady, you can hold your head high, buddy. EVERYBODY sucks at kicking that thinks it’s easy.”

Everybody suc-ss at kicking that thinks it’s easy? Who is McAfee talking about? Is he referring to one of the Kelce brothers?

Jason Kelce suc-ss at Kicking says Pat McAfee

Well, Jason Kelce ran his mouth when it came to kicking, saying it’s one position he dislikes and that the kickers have it easy. McAfee, on his appearance on the Kelce brothers’ New Heights podcast, called out Jason and invited him to appear on the College Game Day. The future Hall of Famer isn’t one to shy away from a challenge. He attended Week 10’s College Game Day at Penn State’s stadium when they were hosting the Buckeyes to participate in the kicking challenge.

The former Philadelphia Eagles center, Jason Kelce, accepted Pat McAfee’s field goal kicking challenge to kick from 40 yards and send it through the uprights. But what happened next made everyone burst into laughter. Kelce’s first attempt did not even blow the air near the yellow posts, and he also failed to make the next.

Is Jason Kelce ready to eat his words about kickers after McAfee's challenge?

Have an interesting take?

After which McAfee took a jab at Kelce, saying, “This guy suc-ss! Although Kelce failed in his attempts, the organizers made sure the donations would still be given, continuing their cause. Reacting to McAfee’s comments, Kelce commented, “I’ve got a whole new respect. I su-k at kicking, okay!” Kelce said.

For your information, that event raised funds for Hurricane Relief, even after Kelce’s missed attempts. After witnessing today’s episode, Pat McAfee must have remembered last week’s similar incident with Jason Kelce.
