After just three years at Carrollton High School, Julian Lewis left a lasting impression. In his freshman year in 2022, he led his team to a 14-1 finish with 4,118 yards and 48 touchdowns. As a sophomore, he racked up 3,094 yards and 48 touchdowns to an 11-2 finish. And this year looks promising too! They’re already eight games into the season and they’re still undefeated. But why? In his Instagram story on October 19, Julian ‘JuJu’ Lewis posted a picture of his linemen with the caption, “My hero’s 😍” The picture was originally posted by sports photographer Brian Carmicheal as one among the many shots of Carrollton’s linemen with a caption that speaks for itself. “Linemen are the true unsung heroes. They sacrifice their bodies to keep the play alive, and their hard work often goes unnoticed.”

This is another season for Julian Lewis to prove to everyone why he’s a 5-star QB sought by many teams. In their eight wins, he completed 77% of his passes for 1,843 yards and 28 TDs. He’s the third highest-rated Georgia QB prospect this century as well as a consensus top-15 national recruit. 

But you see how much Julian Lewis emphasizes the linemen? They’re an integral part of any team on either side of the football. The reliable linemen are huge contributors to Lewis’ HS success that has propelled him as the No. 3 QB of the 2025 class. Julian Lewis may still be committed to USC but he stated that he’s still open for opportunities. For a long time, Deion Sanders and Colorado had been at the top of courting the coveted QB. But as they head 4-2 into the season, their games have proved that they still need to improve on their lines. USC is even worse!

Unlike Colorado and USC, Indiana is among the few undefeated teams this season going 6-0. As his commitment remains shrouded, there’s a lot of suspense for everyone.
