Jordon Hudson
Jordon Hudson finishes third in the prestigious Miss Maine beauty pageant this Sunday. She had prepared herself for the spotlight over the last few months and lit up the stage on May 10 in Portland, Maine. Maybe it was not her time to clinch the crown; she went all in to represent her homeland, Hancock, oozing sheer confidence in a glittery, bold green bikini. A symbolic white sash bearing ‘Hancock’ screamed how proud she felt to let the world know her humble roots. The naysayers watching out there to spot a grumpy, dejected face? Better luck next time.
While Hudson stood out among the 16 contenders, she certainly made it difficult for the judges to assess the competition. Bill Belichick’s presence in the front row was also hard to miss, as the UNC head coach cheered for her with clear admiration in his eyes. Regardless of whether Hudson wins or loses in the event, she is already a success in life. Coming from a fishing family in Hancock, Maine, she has transformed her story into a fairy tale by competing for the coveted Miss Maine USA title at just 24. Despite facing criticism regarding her relationship with the 73-year-old veteran coach, Hudson has navigated the challenges with resilience, remaining steadfast in her choices and values.

Before the show had just begun, Hudson took some minutes to face the media and sent the haters packing. “I’m feeling an immense amount of pride right now,” Hudson said with a unique thrill in her voice. “I hope anyone who’s watching this finds the strength to push through whatever it is that they’re going through, and embodies that hate never wins.”
Jordon Hudson was virtually anonymous until her relationship with a legendary NFL coach quickly took a nasty turn. A college cheerleader at Bridgewater State University found herself in the center of a national controversy. Oh! And the sneers that started as a petty joke over the mismatched age of the couple reached beyond. Now, Hudson is catching fire all across the mix for becoming Coach Hudson’s local guardian and the unofficial all-in-all of the UNC creative.
Jordon Hudson as the epitome of UNC controversy
Bill Belichick doesn’t care about social conventions, and neither does his partner. The head coach of UNC has definitively clarified the foundation of his relationship with Hudson. He emphasized that Hudson’s old soul and their deep spiritual connection have been the central themes of their union. This is a compelling statement, regardless of how it resonates with netizens. In contrast, Hudson has adeptly transitioned from the ethereal world of love and romance into the business sphere.

Belichick’s decision to ask the UNC staff to add his girlfriend to the CC line of all their work-related emails received immediate criticism from fans, and justifiably so. Rumors began to circulate about Hudson potentially taking over the program. This situation is just the beginning of a contentious debate. Reports suggest that she has interfered with the Tar Heels’ opportunity to be featured on Hard Knocks. This significant chance to appear in NFL Films could generate considerable hype for the program and support Belichick’s mission for redemption. However, Hudson’s desire for creative control has complicated matters.
What’s your perspective on:
Does Jordon Hudson's story prove that resilience and pride can outshine any criticism or controversy?
Have an interesting take?
In a recent CBS interview, Jordon was alleged to have controlled the whole thing. Although, the head coach had quite expectedly batted for his girl, saying it was preconditioned that he wouldn’t open up on certain areas in his life. But the media house right away dismissed the claim, adding more salt to Hudson’s notoriety.
Maybe, just maybe, Jordon Hudson will return to the pageant scene again in 2026. However, even if she ever wins the crown, she will probably be the most loathed American girlfriend of a veteran college football head coach across the internet if she won’t stop meddling in the UNC stuff.
