On the home front, Lane Kiffin is not making those same mistakes. He now has a thriving family life after reconciling with his wife Layla Kiffin. His daughter is having a gala time in her college career, and Ole Miss is looking good after spring ball as well. He is slowly working to be better in his personal life, and his social media is proof of how much winning back his family means to him. Layla, in particular, is being showered with love for an important reason.

Lane and Layla parted ways in 2016. They met when both of them were in coaching roles at Tennessee. Lane was then the Vols’ offensive coordinator, while Layla was a volleyball coach. The two got hitched in 2004 and have since become parents to three children: Landry, Knox, and Presley. But despite having a fulfilling family, Lane was having issues with alcohol, a reason behind his divorce. However, Lane Kiffin is no longer that man.

He reconciled with his Layla Kiffin in December last year, and is looking back on a key memory of the two of them. He wished his wife a happy Mother’s Day, sharing a picture from when Layla was about to have Landry. “Happy Mother’s Day Layla,” he wrote, “So grateful for you everyday.” He also added, “#BandBackTogether InOxford 2025.” The happy news of their reconciliation comes after the family was spotted together to spend the holidays. i.e. Kiffin struggled with this issue for almost eight years.

Kiffin is also making sure to do better as a father. He has an exceptionally close bond with his Landry, who now works at a studio as an instructor. He made another win here, as Layla and Knox will be joining Kiffin at Oxford for the latter’s prep career. In fact, Lane is also preparing to get his son recruited at Ole Miss when the time comes. But apart from that, Kiffin is always making it a point to his family that he’s now more present than ever.

Lane Kiffin, upping his efforts to be a better dad

Just days ago, Kiffin shared an adorable video on Instagram, directed at his kids and his love for them. It showed a mother who captured her child’s perspective while she danced to a song – you’ll know the trend. “Cherish this time!!” Kiffin wrote, sharing the video on his story. It resonated deeply within him, considering all three of his children are now on the cusp of adulthood.

He’s known to feature in Landry’s social media videos, as he participates in trends with his daughter. He once took a dig at her, for her misreading his message to make their March Madness list, for some shopping surprises. The other times, Landry has the last laugh. He recently stumped Kiffin with her fashion choices. She is a working professional now at a Mississippi studio, and he couldn’t be more proud of her.

Presley, on the other hand, is busy in her budding career at USC. Kiffin will now focus on Knox’s development, who made the move to Oxford. This way, Kiffin himself can keep an eye on his development if he decides to recruit the quarterback into the team. But the happy family Lane enjoys so greatly today wouldn’t have been possible without Layla who has been the biggest reason why he always goes the extra mile to let her know how special she is in his life.
