It’s very well known that Travis Hunter had a very impactful season this year. Not only in terms of his gameplay but also all the buzz he is creating for the Heisman Trophy. The two-way star is at the top spot in terms of odds over Ashton Jenaty, and who knows, he might even win it against everyone. However, Hunters is acutely aware that great talent brings great responsibility, and if he really wants to keep his exceptional track record alive, he has to prepare efficiently for the 2025 NFL draft. As we all know, Travis’s playing both positions in the NFL has been a topic of debate since the season began. But it looks like his stats have finally given an appropriate answer to the haters.

Yes, you heard that right. A few days back, Travis Hunter took to his IG account to share his two-way ratings in the season, where in receiving grade he is at 88.3 and has 5th rank among FBS WRs, and in terms of the coverage grade, Hunter is at 90.3 with 1st position among the FBS CBs. Now the interesting factor is Amon-Ra St. . Brown has an 89.1 receiving grade and is in the 5th position in the NFL WR, and Pat Surtain also has a coverage yard of 85.5 and is in the no. 1 position in the NFL CBs. This clearly shows that Hunter is good at both sides of the pigskin and can play as a two-way player in the NFL, as he is very good at giving competition to NFL stars even while being at the CFB level.
