The couple’s bond is evident even off the field. Almost a month ago, fans were on edge because of Sellers’ concussion during the Vanderbilt game. He had hit head-on with the QB Diego Pavia. Ella’s IG provided a peek into the personal life behind the headlines. She consistently shows her love and support even during her lessons, exercises, and contests. Their love is built on genuine care, shared moments, and unwavering support.

Why NFL teams are watching LaNorris Sellers?

NFL scouts are already drooling over LaNorris Sellers’ potential, even if he may not be dominating the stat sheet this season. Sellers has completed 66.7% of his throws for 886 yards, four touchdowns, and only one interception in five games, despite South Carolina’s O-line struggling and ranking last in the SEC. With his dual-threat ability, he is obviously more than just a pocket passer.

For Sellers, the focus is more on what he could become rather than this season’s stats. He possesses the size and arm skill of the typical NFL quarterback, standing at 6-3 and 240 pounds. Jordan Reid even compared him to Donovan McNabb, pointing out that if he can improve his ball security and pocket understanding, he might see a “meteoric rise.” Sellers has passed for 3,630 yards and 24 touchdowns against just nine interceptions in 21 games while also running for 842 yards and nine touchdowns.

Despite the Gamecocks’ tough 2025 season, Sellers has already caught attention from several NFL teams, with some predicting he may be selected in the top five before the season even begins. So basically, NFL analysts are placing more bets on potential than on output at the moment. “He hasn’t played Round 1-caliber ball in 2025,” as Reid states, but if a club believes in his abilities, Sellers may be the quarterback who eventually turns a franchise around.
