According to On3’s August 17th report, the Georgia Bulldogs secured a massive $4.3 million NIL deal just before their 2024 season opener. And it’s all due to their partnership with the sports marketing agency ESM. Now, this deal isn’t for just one player—15 of Kirby Smart’s top athletes are included here. Among them, big names like quarterback Carson Beck and defensive back Malaki Starks are leading the pack.

Carson Beck, in particular, has been a money-making machine in Georgia, landing in the top 10 NCAA NIL list with a $1.4 million valuation. Just last week, he added a deal with private jet company AirStar Charters to his growing list of endorsements. Last week, Beck and Starks also starred in a “Beats By Dre” ad campaign, which featured 11 college football players from various teams. however, they were the only two representing the same school.

Shedeur Sanders is NIL world’s Golden Boy

Shedeur Sanders has been NIL’s fav kid since his days at Jackson State University. Back then, as the quarterback under Coach Prime, he quickly secured a deal with Under Armour, which set the stage for his growing NIL legacy. Big brands like Gatorade and Mercedes-Benz soon followed, and now, Shedeur has a long list of partnerships, including the latest with “Beats by Dre.”

Since joining the Colorado Buffaloes, Shedeur’s star power has only grown, and he even became the face of Tom Brady’s clothing brand. It’s safe to say he’s riding high — we mean literally! His brand deals haven’t just boosted his NIL value; they’ve also expanded his luxury car collections. The quarterback now owns several high-end vehicles, from a Rolls Royce Cullinan to a $110k Tesla Cybertruck.

Even during last week’s podcast with Aaron Steinberg, Shedeur was asked if showing up in such luxury cars creates any controversy. His response was simple: “It doesn’t.” He added, “At the end of the day, it’s college football nowadays, so everybody’s getting paid, yeah, like 90% of them.” He’s not wrong though. With the “pay for play” culture taking hold in college football, many athletes are enjoying new luxuries and NIL deals. In fact, CFB stars dominate the top NIL list, holding 7 of the 10 spots. And Buffs fans can proudly say Shedeur is at the very top!
