It was a family affair once again at the NFLPA Rookie Premiere for Colorado football. The program’s most memorable duo, Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter, reunited in the event. The star WR also connected with Deion Sanders Jr., who was back at what he does best – promoting the legacy of Colorado football. In recent days, Bucky’s channel, Well Off Media, has been quite busy clearing the Sanders brothers’ names from the dirt. However, it made sure to continue spreading the word about its other elite draftees – Travis Hunter included. Bucky’s work for the program is finally seeing fans warm up to him and his content.

Bucky has been instrumental in the success of the Deion Sanders era in Colorado. In charge of the media side of the program, Deion Sanders Jr. worked tenaciously to build a new image of Colorado football. Their internet presence saw a skyrocketing rise of 500%, which happened in just the 2 years since Coach Prime arrived at Boulder. Well Off Media gives fans a glimpse of everything that happens behind the scenes. Practice sessions, draft operations, game highlights–everything that can lift Colorado football, Bucky covers it. He also hyped up players ahead of and during the draft, including Travis Hunter.

The WR met Deion Sanders Jr. at the Rookie Premiere event, where he and Shedeur also revealed their NFL jerseys. Hunter, who is a social media star himself, gave it back to Bucky for his hard work with Well Off Media. He crowned Sanders as a “YouTube legend,” before expressing his thanks. “We almost started at the same time. He put me on for real bro, I would’ve never started, aye, we at almost 500 subs.” Hunter switched into his influencer role for a while and encouraged fans to engage with the channel as much as possible. The two then began to compare their subscriber count.

Surprisingly, they’re almost on the same level, too. Hunter is at 548K, while Deion Sanders Jr. has racked up 583K followers. The two also pledged to keep more content coming. Hunter told the viewers, “We right there, we almost at 500, so get us to a half a mil, man. We gonna keep these bangers coming, back to back to back, no matter, ‘cause we in the lead. Still gonna be dropping bangers.” While Travis Hunter is the star of his show, Bucky works on the machinery from behind the scenes. All of his work on social media is a huge reason for Coach Prime’s era being so distinct from all of Colorado’s former HCs’ tenures. Fans, too, are appreciative of the fact.

Fans take note of Deion Sanders Jr.’s efforts

We see inside the life because of you, fam. Sanders life respect,” wrote one fan under a recent Well Off Media video. That is the essence of Deion Sanders Jr.’s role in Colorado. Not many CFB teams give the kind of access to their behind-the-scenes as this one does. Bucky makes it a point to make his channel project an image that is beyond just Colorado football. And it is because of that commitment that Bucky has been able to garner 583K subscribers. He’s been on the platform for 7 years now, but his work in Colorado has proven his media genius.

With the effort he put in during Shedeur Sanders’ troubling draft, fans are taking note of how much it paid off. In essence, it was just Bucky looking out for his younger brothers. “Bucky, we love the way you❤ take care of your family!” wrote another user. And now that Shedeur is with the Browns, he also serves as a crucial stream of content. Deion Sanders Jr. made it a point to highlight his younger brother’s new jersey, which sported the no. 12 boldly. Shedeur, who also used to go by the moniker of ‘2,’ said in his live stream, “Don’t call me two anymore—call me 12.” A fan anticipated more Browns and Shedeur content. They wrote, “We need you to cover Cleveland Browns games. Elevation is coming!!!”

The before and after of Deion Sanders Jr. taking charge of Colorado’s perspective in the public eye are starkly different. This new era of the program’s football is thanks to Coach Prime, but also because of Bucky. Fans and Travis Hunter both know how special he is to the program and hope for more glimpses of Colorado content.
