Let us call in Sherlock Holmes for this one. We all know that Coach Prime has something major in store for all the Buffs fans. We have seen him make big moves to change the team dynamic and ensure Shedeur Sanders is well-protected. However, as Shedeur continues to carry on his watch flex legacy, we spotted something odd Jordan Seaton carried in before the showdown against NDSU.

Rivals took to X on August 30 to share a snap of Jordan Seaton carrying a boom box. “Former 5⭐️ OT Jordan Seaton walking in with the Coach Prime boombox,” Rivals noted in the caption of their post. The boom box has a picture of Deion Sanders plastered over it, but the main question is: what does it contain? While we do not have a clear answer to what’s inside the box, we know that it is something Deion cherishes.

Back in 2021, when a stranger stole his boom box, Deion had noted during an interview that it was something a “dear friend” had given him on his birthday. Maybe this is why Deion decided that Seaton would be carrying it cause he is big enough to stop theft. However, whatever it might be, it looks like it has become a lucky charm for Coach Prime. Honestly, as the game against NDSU continues, Deion will need all the luck he can find. The Bisons’ defense has been formidable against the Buffs, and from what we are seeing, it looks like their main target is to cripple Travis Hunter and not allow him to rush.

However, the good thing is Deion’s new O-line and roster changes will come in handy. With Pat Shurmur focusing on the Buffs’ offense and defense, we can expect to see some solid plays from the pocket by Shedeur Sanders, Seaton, or Travis Hunter. Some others who can also be noteworthy shockers would be Will Sheppard and Jimmy Horn Jr. We already saw what Horn was capable of when he managed to track a 55-yard throw from Shedeur during a practice game. Sheppard also has the speed and accuracy of matching up and acting as the ex-receiver for Shedeur. However, the biggest threat to NDSU would be Shedeur. Heck, even their HC agrees.

Shedeur Sanders, the playmaker

“He can play off a platform,” HC Tim Polasek said during a press conference. The HC regarded Shedeur as the best player the Bisons have gone up against. No matter how much you say the kid is “overrated,” if we look at last year’s stats, the case is clear. Shedeur had a completion rate of around 72%. That was marked as the 13th highest in the entire season. He also managed to lead his team 3 consecutive wins when the 2023 season started.

Much like Aaron Torres had mentioned, “If that is an overrated season, I think every QB in America would love to have that down season.” If the kid is given the chance to run, he can rush an easy touchdown. While the Bisons would be looking out to sack Shedeur during his rushes, the new O-line would protect him. Make sure you keep following the NDSU vs CU match, folks.
