His stock has been up and down over the last two years but the last few times we have seen him including at the SoCal Elite 11 Regional Camp a few weeks ago, he impressed. Getting in better shape is huge for him, he’s a naturally big kid, and staying fluid athletically and clean mechanically is someone to watch and monitor. With the depth in the Michigan QB room, he’s not someone we think is going to need to step in and play immediately and that’s a good thing. Best case for both party’s is Denegal red-shirts, learns the system, continues to work on his body, and is able to compete by year three or so in the program.”
