Can Ohio win against Ohio State?

Now, the Bucks head into Week 3 with an in-state showdown against Ohio University. Their last meeting in 2010 featured the infamous Rufus vs. Brutus mascot brawl, so there’s already some wild history here. But the worst part? Fighting against Ryan Day’s squad brings in another level of stress. Just take a look at their resume: Julian Sayin just earned Big Ten Freshman of the Week honors. Jeremiah Smith leads a stacked wide receiver group. And freshman running back Bo Jackson is emerging after a 108-yard performance against Grambling. While the Buckeyes’ offense is loaded with talent, the Bobcats’ defense has been tough, limiting Rutgers and West Virginia to only 3.4 yards per carry.

Julian Sayin was on fire against Grambling State, completing 18 of 19 passes for 306 yards and four touchdowns. He also set a school record with 16 consecutive completions to start the game. Even Jeremiah Smith burned the defense with an 87-yard touchdown, the second-longest in program history.
