Who is volleyball star Anuhea?

Interestingly, the Navy Midshipmen’s football wide receiver, Nathan Kent, found love within the program, dating a fellow athlete on the women’s volleyball team. Nonetheless, their shared interest in athletics strengthens their friendship. Anuhea Hauanio-Lore, a Navy volleyball star, plays as an outside hitter (OH) for the women’s volleyball team at the Naval Academy. She is from Honolulu, Hawaii, and is 5 feet 9 inches tall. She has played a total of 34 sets and participated in 12 matches this season. In a game against Bucknell, she notably made seven digs and seven kills. But this exceptional volleyball player began her career as a club player.

Anuhea first participated in club volleyball with the Ku’ikahi Volleyball Club. She then attended the ‘Iolani School, where as a senior she received honorable mention all-state (Hawaii) recognition. In addition, Anuhea also made the school’s honor roll and headmaster’s list, placed in the quarterfinals of the National Merit Scholarship and won the Le Grand Concours Medal (a national French event) twice. She excelled in academics as well as athletics. While getting her Master’s in Political Science, she earned academic awards from the USNA.

She became a rock star in high school as well as in collegiate volleyball. She recorded four digs in four sets against Notre Dame and seven digs in three sets against Albany during her freshman year. Then, she participated in three matches and four sets during her sophomore year in 2023. She is as devoted to her love life as she is to sports. Instagram spills the tea on Nathan Kent and his GF

It’s still unclear exactly when they started dating, but Anuhea’s Instagram post from February 23, featuring a beach trip with Nathan Kent, officially announced their relationship. An incredibly cute image of two people staring into each other’s eyes was included with the intimidating statement “me & u” on Instagram. Their Instagram post revealed they celebrated their first anniversary together, meaning they started dating in February 2023.

Their Instagrams are basically love letters to each other. The volleyball star posted pics with the caption ‘fall luv 🍂,’ clearly smitten with both the fall season and her boyfriend, Kent, who was featured adoringly in all the pictures. Meanwhile, Kent’s feed is full of his track and field triumphs, and Anuhea’s comments are always the sweetest—like, “how cool is this guy?”
