NCAA Basketball: Kansas Jayhawks vs Oklahoma State Cowboys February 8, 2021- Possible Lineups and Predictions

NCAA Basketball is back with an exciting clash from the Big 12 Conference. The Kansas Jayhawks host the #23 ranked Oklahoma State Cowboys at the Allen Fieldhouse at 9 pm EST tonight.
Two wins in their last seven games have kicked the Jayhawks out of the AP Poll. After being 10-2 at one stage, they are currently 12-7. They lost to the WVU Mountaineers in their last game, in a 12 point defeat. It has been a massive plummet for the Jayhawks, after being ranked as #6 during the preseason AP Poll.
The Cowboys have a completely different situation, after entering the AP Poll for the first time since 2014-15. They had a huge upset win over the Texas Longhorns in their last game. That win would have been the catalyst for their rise in the rankings. They arrive into this game with a lot of confidence, knowing that they already beat them once earlier, and will aim to repeat that performance.

The Cowboys’ injury situation is grim, with three players out, and another questionable. They need Matthew-Alexander Moncrieffe, who is listed as questionable, to recover, as he is a solid addition to their rotation now. They will start with Avery Anderson III, Bryce Williams, and Cade Cunningham as their guards, and Kalib Boone and Isaac Likekele as their forwards.
