Even though the 2025 WNBA draft is months away, Paige Bueckers’ probable destination has already become a buzzing topic among enthusiasts. Recently, a Boston Celtics fan account on X posted a video of Bueckers practicing. The surprising sight was that Stephen Curry and Jaylen Brown joined her for the gym session. “Prettiest colorway ever,” fueling even more buzz about the potential pairing. There have been other moments, like her discussing the Valkyries’ colors on Instagram Live and featuring purple in a new Gatorade ad which have only added to the speculations.

However, Bueckers has also clarified that all that are just co-incidences because she has a personal liking for the shade.

Despite this clarification, Valkyries loyalists now have a reason to stay optimistic. While it could be just a normal day at training, what if Stephen Curry’s influence just might sway the rising star to consider joining the Valkyries when the time comes? We will have to wait and find out until the 29th year of the league.
