As the transfer portal shuts soon, the Ole Miss Rebels will be beyond satisfied with their recruiting performance. Coach Yolett McPhee-McCuin, better known as “Coach Yo”, registered eight commits to their program, with Denim DeShields being the latest to arrive. Younger sister of the Connecticut Sun guard, Diamond DeShields, Denim spent last season with the Mississippi State Bulldogs, where she averaged 5.7 points and 3.2 assists per game. While her move to the Rebels is expected to bring better offensive numbers and a deep trip to the NCAA Tournament, it can also mean better NIL opportunities and endorsements might be coming her way.

What are Denim DeShields’ 2025 NIL deals?

Watch What’s Trending Now!

According to On3, Denim DeShields has no NIL deals as the moment, nor has she signed one in the past. Denim does, however, have an Opendorse profile. Opendorse acts as a marketplace where athletes can connect with fans, brands, and sponsors to build and monetize their NIL. Her move to the Rebels, a program that presents strong NIL opportunities to its players, would mean there might be NIL deals coming her way this season. Especially considering the marketable narrative she has—her mother Tisha was an All-American track star at Tennessee, her father Delino played 13 MLB seasons, and her sister Diamond is a WNBA star. And once those deals do come along, she would have something to tell her elder sister all about with fascination, as Diamond couldn’t enjoy this system during her college basketball tenure.

What is Denim DeShields’ 2025 net worth?

Denim DeShields’ net worth is not available in the public domain as she is a collegiate student. However, there is no doubt that because of her transfer and the resulting NIL opportunities, it is only supposed to increase. As she’s in her final year of eligibility, DeShields will likely hope to take the next step to the WNBA, and a strong March Madness performance could significantly boost both her draft prospects and net worth.
