Nintendo recently released the Switch Online Expansion Pack for users. It will cost them $79.99 annually and they can sign up for up to eight users in the Annual Family Membership pack. Unfortunately, the launch of the Expansion Pack didn’t go smoothly, as some fans anticipated.

The N64 games faced a lot of glitches, lag, and low frame rates; however, it looks like developers are planning to work on the Expansion Pack. Indeed, it is a must-required change or else players will definitely complain about not getting good value for their money.

According to some dataminers, Nintendo will add 38 N64 titles and 52 SEGA Genesis titles in the future. This means that players who will purchase the Expansion Pack will certainly have more things to enjoy than others. Among the 38 N64 games, we will also see the return of Wave Race, Mario Party, and Super Smash Bros.

Several veterans are excited to play the iconic N64 Smash Bros online with their friends. Naturally, it will only be an immense success if Nintendo will get rid of all the problems with the current N64 games. SEGA Genesis fans will also be delighted to see over 52 titles in the future. It will include Fantasy Star 4 and Mega Man: The Wily Wars, which is not currently available in North America, can also be found on the list.

Unfortunately, we don’t have any information on the release dates of the upcoming games. Nintendo could release them in two months or make players wait for over four years. It would be best if developers release these games as soon as possible because it will be a good advertisement to promote users buying the Expansion Pack.

Dataminers also found another proof on developers planning to release a new console in the future. They found that consoles on Switch Online are numbered; NES-1, SNES-2, N64-3, and MD is 5, which leaves a suspicious gap for 4. Therefore, we can believe that developers might release a new console soon. What are your thoughts on the new Online Expansion Pack? Let us know in the comments down below.
