Amidst the recent bad performances, many fans and media alike have forgotten the amount of success Belichick has brought to the Patriots. And his former TE Gronkowski made sure nobody jumped over that part. But will Belichick’s past make up for the future?

A bona fide champion of yesteryears

“Belichick is grandfather claused in. He has six Super Bowl wins”, said the 5X Pro Bowler Gronkowski. But with a record of 4-12 this season and the third time in a row to secure the top spot in the AFC East. Has the game gone past Belichick?

As the Patriots contest their last game of the season against the New York Jets, only time will tell what is in store for Bill Belichick. Will he find a home with some other franchise? Or is this the last we see of the HC?
