In the recent X post by the SF Niners X account, the Raiders executive was spotted giving her stance on Purdy. While discussing the best quarterback as per the season’s records, she emphasized that she doesn’t regard Purdy as the terrific quarterback among eight other quarterbacks, as she said, “7 terrific quarterbacks and Brock Purdy.”

However, she didn’t refuse that Brock Purdy is an excellent quarterback by saying, “Now Brock Purdy is a good quarterback, make no mistake about it everybody become 49ers fans I am not saying he is not a good quarterback; I simply don’t put him in the same category as the other quarterback.”

It seemed Trask didn’t count him among the best quarterbacks. However, one cannot deny his astounding stands in his past games. The champion has completed his outstanding performance with 16 of 25 passes for 242 yards and a stunning 4 touchdowns in their last matchup against the Arizona Cardinals. This record even separates Brock Purdy from Dak Prescott in the MVP race. However, not only Amy Trask, but NFL MVP Cam Newton also has some cryptic views on Purdy.

The 49ers are not winning because of Purdy!

Recently, former NFL star Cam Newton took a dig at Brock Purdy and emphasized that the team is not winning only because of Purdy, as he said, “They are not winning because of him.” Newton further stated that Tua, Jared Goff, and Purdy are game managers and said that they cannot make any difference to the game.

However, in the middle of this criticism, many still support the seasoned quarterback. One of them is 49ers LT Trent Williams, who praises his throwing style and claims there is no throw he cannot make. He further backed the idea that Purdy is suitable for the NFL Most Valuable Player award.
