The Los Angeles Rams are going against the New Orleans Saints, and the game couldn’t have been more exciting. Though the Rams are in the driver’s seat, the stakes just became higher for the team as the presence of the MLB star Shohei Ohtani and the Real Madrid midfielder Eduardo Camavinga graced them. However, one more man was supposed to show up but didn’t.
Ohtani signed one of the biggest deals in the sports history with the LA Dodgers. Another baseball star, Yoshinobu Yamamoto, was making waves in the MLB and was supposed to be at the SoFi stadium. However, some sources have negated his presence in the stadium, and he might have his reasons behind this.

Recently, we saw a snippet of Shohei Ohtani visiting the SoFi Stadium in the wake of the LA Rams vs. New Orleans Saints game. We can still see glimpses of him enjoying the game. This came after Ohtani signed a $700 million deal with the LA Dodgers. In addition, Eduardo Camavinga is also suspected of being at the stadium, but there are no glimpses of him. A tweet from “The Athletic” reporter gives more insight into the situation.
Welp. There goes my lede about how Yamamoto went to shake Ohtani's hand, but instead gave him a Stone Cold Stunner and unveiled the No. 18 jersey given to him by Aaron Boone. https://t.co/Yn02m19qtQ

However, this lore would not be complete without talking about Yamamoto, who recently became a free agent. The whole MLB is after him to get him to join their respective teams. Apparently, the Yankees, the Dodgers, the Red Sox, and the Mets, among others, are heavily pursuing Yamamoto. Jared Cabbis also pointed out the obvious in his tweet.
