Skyy Moore’s college and professional career

Skyy Moore is a classic example that life can take unexpected turns and can also lead you right where you’re meant to be. Born in 2000, the Pennsylvanian player didn’t start his football story as the wide receiver or the return specialist we know today. Instead, Skyy was happy contributing as a quarterback and defensive back during his time at Valley High and Shady Side Academy.

His younger self couldn’t have imagined that he would build a successful career from catching passes. But he had a change of heart when coaches at Western Michigan University nudged him to make the most of his speed and instincts. They pushed him into becoming a receiver, and it turned out to be the best decision for Skyy’s collegiate career.

As a freshman, the NFL’s young talent recorded 802 receiving yards and three touchdowns. In 2021, he set himself up for success by making four touchdown receptions in a single game. The NFL included him in the 2022 draft, with the Chiefs selecting him in the second round.

In his debut season, Skyy hit the biggest milestone in the AFC Championship Game against the Cincinnati Bengals. His 29-yard punt return led to the game-winning field goal and sent the team to Super Bowl LVII. Then came his first career TD in the Super Bowl, which helped the franchise defeat the Philadelphia Eagles in a 38-35 clash.

Unfortunately, Moore’s injury limited his playing time, and he even skipped some games of the 2023 and 2024 seasons. This year, the 49ers have given a fresh start to Skyy, the one he really needs for a comeback everyone’s been waiting for.

What are the brands endorsed by Skyy Moore?

As of late 2025, there’s no information available on Skyy’s brand deals or endorsements. His recent switch to the 49ers has likely hindered his brand value and decreased commercial interest. A better form may get him back on track and catch the attention of big media houses.

Meanwhile, the NFL return specialist prefers community-driven initiatives. In June 2025, he brought his community together with a “Summer Jam” in New Castle. The event had food, music, and autograph signings. It was Skyy’s way of giving back to his roots. Back in the league, fans wonder if this season will mark the return of their favorite receiver and justify Skyy Moore’s net worth.
