From doing a 3-step drop to throwing the ball like a laser, Aaron Rodgers has a gift for precision. Now, he wants to try a sport that has nothing to do with a ball, and he is still surprisingly good at his newfound hobby. Rodgers also found a new partner in crime in the bowhunting athlete Cameron Hanes, who has been showing the QB the sports world in the wilderness outside of the gridiron.

Hanes and Rodgers did a “lift, run, shoot” and Rodgers’ efforts left the multidisciplined bowhunter utterly thrilled and amused. Both the stars just made a couple of posts on social media highlighting how their day went, especially on the athletic front. By the looks of it, it’s safe to say that Rodgers will be coming back to the NFL next season with much more grit!

Aaron Rodgers is trying new athletic things with Cameron Hanes
The Jets QB and Cameron Hanes went to a Bow and Arrow shop to possibly buy one. Rodgers was seen trying out some tactics of shooting the arrow himself, with guidance from people besides him. Matter of fact, he nailed the target as his arrow landed directly in the center of the board. He was using a compound bow and hit the bullseye! The video was captioned,” Aaron Rodgers shooting a compound bow for the first time & he’s a natural.”

The owner of the place gave him a couple of instructions and Rodgers made sure he followed them without missing a beat. Maybe his quarterback skills helped him with the aim, or maybe he has a knack for hitting targets, no matter what the sport is. He uploaded the same story on his Instagram followed by a picture of him in a shooting stance.

However, Shooting an arrow isn’t the only thing that Cameron Hanes and Aaron Rodgers are doing together. A certain set of photos paints a better picture of how they chose to spend their athletic day together.

Aaron Rodgers has his hands full with exciting experiences
Cameron Hanes uploaded a bunch of photos on Instagram captioned, “Lift. Run. Shoot. with @aaronrodgers12. Climbed to the summit, got dialed in with the bow, and got a nice pump in. It’s no surprise that one of the best QBs to ever play the game at the highest level kicked ass in all three disciplines.”

One of the images shows Rodgers and Hanes standing on the summit and it’s snowing. Another image shows the duo hiking in the woods. There are other images where Rodgers is pumping iron. Looking at these pictures and videos, one would realize that Rodgers is still so physically fit at such an age.
He beat an Achilles tear in such a short time that he’s going hiking, running and even pushing weights just months after the unfortunate incident. Thus, his return to the NFL is much anticipated and remains a key to the comeback of the Jets.
