Looks like Kirk Cousins will have to say goodbye to his Super Bowl dreams this season. The Minnesota Vikings‘ star QB went down with a season-ending ACL tear on Sunday Night against the San Francisco 49ers. Even though the Vikings snatched victory to their name, they unfortunately lost their commander.

Now ACL injuries are not a rare sighting in the NFL. In fact, ACL tears are a cause of concern this season, after a number of players fell prey to the curse. And Cousins is the ACL Club’s latest inductee. But it looks like veteran Aaron Rodgers might be helping Cousins get out on the gridiron faster than he can imagine.

Aaron Rodgers: The BFL torch-bearer of a fast ACL recovery

Making his weekly appearance on ‘The Pat McAfee Show’, Aaron Rodgers had a short conversation with McAfee after McAfee’s ‘Achilles Recovery Factory’ joke in his previous episode. The NFL analyst took to the social media platform ‘X’ to share a snippet from the latest episode.

With the caption, ‘I really like Kirk Cousins & I got a chance to talk to him yesterday.. I passed along all the information that I could & let him know what’s been working for me.. There’s nobody better than Neal ElAttrache & we got an Achilles Factory brewing out west” @AaronRodgers12.’

Giving some realistic semblance to the NFL analyst’s dig, Rodgers said, “I actually spoke to a couple yesterday, who mentioned that he wanted to reach out, I asked them to pass along his number.” Well, looks like Rodgers might be the torchbearer of a quick ACL recovery. And Cousins is just following his lead.
