After publicizing himself through his football skills in the league, Patrick Mahomes went on to establish ‘15 and The Mahomies Foundation’ in 2019. With this, he aimed to improve children’s lives through health, wellness initiatives, and charitable causes. Now, the couple, Patrick and his wife, Brittany Mahomes, have recently attended a charity gala on Monday in Kansas City.

Sharing a couple of stories and posts on her official Instagram account, Brittany wrote, “Thank you to everyone who has and continues to show support for @15andmahomies (white heart and prayer emoji).” Furthermore, in the story caption, the former soccer player wrote, “Truly a blessing to be able to make an impact in these communities.

At the gala event, in the Loews Kansas City hotel, Brittany Mahomes donned aCinderella” look. As per fans, wearing a blue gown and flaunting her baby bump. On the other hand, quarterback Patrick Mahomes looked dapper in a checkered suit and white shirt. The 3x Super Bowl champ’s foundation gave more than $1 million to charities.

Giving further information, the foundation itself took to Instagram to write, “Over 850 incredible supporters in attendance and $1,077,000 granted to 20 Kansas City charities up on stage.” Besides these, as per the reports, Mecole Hardman and coach Andy Reid were too present at the grand event.

Apart from these, the clubhouse was also renamed!

Brittany and Patrick Mahomes made a historic day for the children in KC!

Not only were the 20 charities lucky enough to get a million-dollar initiative. But the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City also had a fortunate day. The name of the clubhouse was renamed to – The ‘15 and the Mahomies Unit’. The official unveiling of this new name was done on Monday itself. The President and CEO of the Greater Kansas City clubhouse, Jason Roth, was extremely happy to witness the same.

During the event, he thanked Patrick Mahomes and Brittany Mahomes, by saying, “This investment Brittany and Patrick and the foundation have made is more about perpetuity. It’s about the stability of the clubs being here every day. Having a warm meal, having wonderful staff and tutors. And just a stable ground for young people to be in when they need somewhere to go.

Since 1960, this clubhouse has been providing a safe place to the children. Also, they are educating the kids’ group from 5-18 ages. In addition to that, as per VP at coaching charities, “some really fun things (are) planned for all of the kids,” which is “coming up shortly.” Moreover, the Mahomes couple will keep on gracing the place with their presence now more frequently.
