Travis Kelce is Down Under with his beau as she travels in Australia as part of her The Eras Tour. During the night, Kelce joined Swift at the stadium in Sydney, where she was set to perform. While she was singing, she made a heartwarming gesture. The song Long Live was playing, and as the lyrics “when they gave us our trophies” came on, she pointed at her boyfriend. Before this scintillating show, she had an outing at the local zoo. 

On their very first day, they attracted some, let’s say, “offense” at the zoo for their harmless day date. But someone else from the Travis Kelce squad will not bow down to PETA.

Ross Travis was at the zoo with the power couple. And Swift was even recording videos of his antics! He uploaded pictures and videos from his visit to his Instagram with the caption, “Didn’t get to wrestle a Kangaroo, but made 80,000 new friends DOWN UNDER 🤙🏽” In the third video, we can see him feeding a caged lion while sporting a zebra print shorts as if taunting the lion.

The comments sections were filled with Swifties going gaga over the video. @bethdittmar said, “I’m going to assume that one year ago you could not have predicted you’d be hand feeding a lion while THE Taylor Swift narrated and took photos 😂” Truly, no one could have expected this.

PETA takes offense at celeb couple’s zoo visit

The couple enjoyed a delightful day at the Sydney Zoo in Australia, with Swift reportedly arranging a private tour to explore the wildlife up close. While Swift had previously visited the zoo alone, Kelce’s arrival animated their outing. The pair were seen feeding kangaroos and taking selfies together. It seems that Kelce’s BFF wanted to one-up him, and he directly went for the king of the jungle.

Despite the couple’s enjoyable day, their zoo date stirred controversy, specifically among animal rights activists. PETA, in particular, voiced their disapproval of Swift and Kelce’s visit to the zoo. Debbie Metzler, Director of Captive Animals Welfare at PETA Foundation, said, “While we understand all too well the appeal of seeing Australia’s wildlife, PETA hopes that next time Taylor and Travis want to see wild animals, they’ll spend their time and money at a true sanctuary.” 

Swift’s next destination is Singapore. The burning question on everyone’s mind is whether Kelce accompanies her there.
