However, this is not the first time Chiefs’ long-time fan, Brian Wascavage, has displayed his love for his favorite team’s players. As per his Instagram profile, Brian often shouts out for Chiefs players by making his delightful presence known during their games. Even last year in December, when the Chiefs clashed against the New England Patriots at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts, he showcased his love for Chiefs star QB and Travis’s best buddy, Patrick Mahomes.

Taking to his official IG handle, he shared a game-day clip featuring the NFL MVP QB. “I love Mahomes!!” Brian gushed in the caption. In this game, the Chiefs clinched the triumph with a 27-17 victory. Apart from that, Brian’s IG profile is filled with snaps and videos of the Chiefs. He attended many of the Chiefs’ playoff games as well.

Additionally, she also shared glimpses of the Chiefs’ Super Bowl-winning game back in February 2023, as he joined many Chiefs fans with his family, wearing matching t-shirts with Chiefs’ text prints on them. “To all my lovely @patriots coworkers and patient fans—-suck on it the next 4 hours watching the @chiefs win the 2 Super Bowl in @patrickmahomes soon to be @profootballhof career.”

Not only Chiefs’ long-time fan, Brian Wascavage affected by the Taylor Swift effect. But several of NFL TE’s fans have similar effects.  According to the e-commerce website, Fanatics, Kelce’s jersey sales increased by 400% because of the “Cruel Summer” singer’s mesmerizing appearance during  Klece playoffs.

Apart from that, Fox Sports also emphasized the Taylor Swift effect. They claimed that it was the highest-rated NFL game of the week among female viewers aged 12-49. Many of her followers find her relatable. Travis Kelce is most likely referring to Swift’s effect as a music artist.

Undoubtedly, being in a relationship with the US pop icon immediately gets attention, not just from NFL fans, but also from Swifties.

However, the same goes with the singer,  previously,  when Travis made his mesmerizing debut as one of the background dancers during Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour, his video went massively viral on the internet. Swifties went crazy after witnessing his singer’s NFL boyfriend’s iconic performance and hyped the behind-the-scenes video.

Thus we can say that the fan-favorite power couple often thrill their fans with their appreances in their events.

And now, the latest video of the Taylor Swift effect is not just a surprise, circulating on the internet. It came just a few days after the Super Bowl-winning team’s TE, Travis Kelce, and QB, Patrick Mahomes, were threatened by an Illinois man during a Morgan Wallen concert.

Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce were targeted by threats

Soon after, Chief Stars received threats, and cops took instant action on these threats to Chiefs star players, detaining an alleged man, Aaron Brown. The suspicious was taken into custody for a social media post that appeared soon before the American singer Morgan’s music show. He penned down “Mr. [redacted] at Arrowhead with the wife. If he brings out [redacted] or [redacted] I’ll take the f-in shot. F-k em!” He continued, “Also, f-k you bitch!!” using hand emoji with middle finger.

NFL’s best QB, Patrick Mahomes’ wife, Brittany Mahomes, was also present at Morgan’s show at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri. Clearly, in the post, the word redacted implies Chiefs’ TE and QB. Both made their delightful appearances at the show and were also spotted on stage with the ‘Cowgirls’ singer Morgan.

After the cops arrested him, he reportedly admitted his guilt, saying it was, “a stupid, stupid, stupid mistake.” Brown, who was accused of making ‘terroristic threats’, identified himself as “Gooey Bag.” Allegedly, his bail amount was set at $15,000. Even though instances like these are a serious concern, Kelce and Mahomes have never failed to show admiration for their supporters, prioritizing their bonds with them.
