This year’s SI Swimsuit issue boasts a diverse and impressive rookie class of 14 women, including Achieng Agutu, Lauren Wasser, Alexa Massari, Brittney Nicole, Xandra Pohl, and Brittany Mahomes, the Chiefs’ QB Patrick Mahomes’ wife.

“What an absolute dream to join the incredible @si_swimsuit family,” Brittany gushed on Instagram. “I’m so grateful for the amazing team of women who give us this incredible platform to be our truest, most authentic selves!”

But being a “Swimsuit Rookie” ain’t just about rocking a bikini (though Brittany did that flawlessly too); it’s about exemplifying noble causes. Brittany’s a vocal advocate for women in sports. Remember KC Current, the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) team she co-founded in 2020 with her husband and ex-NFL player Chris Long? Mahomes’ wife is also a certified personal trainer. She runs Brittany Lynne Fitness, a global platform that inspires countless women to embrace healthy living. Brittany’s a businesswoman, a role model, and a champion for women on and off-field.

The event raised $615k, distributed among 19 different charitable foundations. Expressing his gratitude, the Chiefs’ star QB took to Twitter: “Thank you to all of our amazing partners and supporters who help make our mission possible. Let’s keep it going!”
