The Proactive camp has begun. This Sports Performance training area, located in California, was attended by several NFL players including A-Rod, and Broncos linebacker Alex Singleton, as depicted by the Proactive Sports Performance’s Instagram page. And to everyone’s surprise, the two players, Rodgers and Singleton, had a proactive sprint competition with each other, where the Jets quarterback won.

Rodgers shared a photo of their sprinting with a caption on his Instagram story – “Old guy won,” with two smiling faces and tagging Singleton. This is a shocking moment for many, as Rodgers, who was in his recovery phase, seems to look absolutely perfect while sprinting, to the extent that he even won.

Aaron Rodgers initially thought that his football career was over when he suffered an Achilles injury in 2023, just four plays into his first game with the Jets. He described it as one of the toughest moments of his career. Rodgers recently appeared in an interview on the “I Can Fly” podcast, where he talked about his offseason, injury, and comeback. A-Rod mentioned, “I had this incredible offseason experience in a new city, in a new town, with new teammates, a new organization, an owner for the first time, and really falling back in love with the game that I first fell in love with when I was 5 years old. And it was absolutely beautiful and special and deep and rich and yummy, and just incredible.

He revealed that the injury abruptly ended his season, leading to feelings of disappointment and heartbreak. Despite the initial negativity, Rodgers found inspiration in Kobe Bryant’s response to a similar injury “during his career in Los Angeles, which is when – “the doomsday of, like, my career is over kind of started to go away.”” This motivated him to start thinking positively and focus on a potential comeback.
