Father’s support to build a football legacy – the Browns of NFL

Previously a Mr. Universe bodybuilder, and mother Miriam Steyer, a German native, helped them traverse the path without faltering. Amon-Ra recalls, “Our father emphasized the importance of discipline and physical fitness. Our mother balanced this with a focus on education and multilingualism.”

Apart from developing their athletics skills, 3x Mr. World, dad also trained them when they were less than 5 years old, as they used to take them in the weight room and never stopped them from hitting and playing in the area. This drive really supported Amon-Ra St. Brown and his NFL siblings. However, just like NFL WR often cherishes his father’s assistance throughout his career, he never fails to discuss his sibling’s strength and vigor.

Talking about the unique names of all three brothers, John Brown remarks, “Equanimeous, Amon-Ra, and Osiris are names that carry strength and significance.” Brown has always believed in rigid training, ensuring that the brothers always proved their fierceness and talent. “I’ve been doing this since they were 3 or 4. And the older they got, the more I pushed.” With his constant support and motivation, the St. Brown brothers have built a legacy in the football world.
