Bo and Izzy’s love story began at Auburn University in June 2020, when Bo was playing quarterback for the Tigers and Izzy was cheering for the team. Their relationship became public in July 2021, when the now Broncos’ QB proposed to Izzy in front of the crowd at Jordan-Hare Stadium on July 30, 2021.
Their wedding took place on July 2, 2022, at the Ridge Pointe Events Venue in Alpine, Alabama. The ceremony turned out to be faith-centered and included special touches such as fireworks and even a bounce house for fun.

With Izzy’s lifetime commitment came a good luck charm that transformed Nix’s career. He transferred to Oregon and, in 2023, was named the Pac‑12 Offensive Player of the Year. He then entered the NFL in 2024 as a first-round pick (12th overall) by the Denver Broncos.

Broncos’ confidence knows no bounds as QB Bo Nix shares optimistic update
The Denver Broncos pulled off a dramatic comeback in Week 9 against the Houston Texans. They overturned a 15-7 deficit to win 18-15, with the team’s defense emerging as the major highlight. In the game, Bo Nix threw for 173 yards and two touchdowns. His 25-yard scramble in the final minute was crucial, setting up the game-winning 34-yard field goal by Wil Lutz.
After the game, Nix offered insight into how the Broncos managed to pull it off –
“I thought we did a good job managing the situations. We played a little bit of a field position battle there at the very end. And we knew it was a matter of time till that was just a drive that we went down and scored.”

“It just proves that we can win tough games. And it proves that our mentality can adjust to where we expect to find ways to win.”
After their last win, the Broncos are now looking forward to a tight schedule, with games lined up against the Raiders, the Chiefs, and then the Commanders.
