The 4X Pro Bowler Amari Cooper, though, has been declared fit to play by clearing the concussion protocols under the supervision of an independent neurological consultant.

But this recent saga has outlined a core issue within Browns’ management. They failed to secure quality backup positions, be it QB or WR. Since Donovan Peoples-Jones left for the Detroit Lions, the Browns have not filled up that space.
