Shedeur Sanders’ wholesome gesture for Cleveland has inspired people. He has become well known for his off-the-field community service in Cleveland ever since he arrived as a 144th overall pick. For his latest initiative, the backup QB teamed up with Drive Point Auto Group, Kia, Hyundai of Bedford, and Fox8 to offer a free car to someone in need, which has now fascinated his brother, Shilo Sanders.

“I’m looking for difference makers in the community, so help me find that person that’s always looking out for others but deserves to be blessed as well.” And guess what? That difference maker could be his brother, as he may have found an aspirant in Shilo. Shedeur recently shared a link on his Instagram bio for people to nominate the winners.

In that post, the quarterback wrote: “CAR GIVE AWAY…..DO YOU KNOW SOMEONE THAT MAKES A DIFFERENCE TO THE PEOPLE AROUND THEM? NOMINATE A DESERVING PERSON TODAY!” This IG update soon drew eyeballs, as his own brother, Shilo, showed interest in how to enter the contest.

“How do we enter?” Elder Sanders jokingly wrote in the comments section. But we all know, it shouldn’t be too difficult for the 25-year-old to figure that out. After all, Shilo knows how to win the spotlight.

Earlier, too, during his time with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the player made a random gesture for a KFC employee. In one of the videos on his YouTube channel, the former Buccaneers safety worked one shift at the KFC store. And during his work, he met a fellow employee named Connie Knight. The name reminded him of his grandmother, who shared the same name.

So, he decided to pay for her day off. “My dad always says he doesn’t want his mom (Connie Knight) to work anymore,” he recalled. “so today you are not going to work anymore; I got you.”

Indeed, Coach Prime has always expressed his love for his mother through heartfelt tributes and messages. And Shilo’s gesture was just an extension of that love.

Perhaps like his brother and the Cleveland Browns’ backup quarterback, Shilo also prefers to do as much community work as he can. However, one thing is for sure, you can never expect the Sanders, especially Shilo, to run out of his series of jests. This is because Shilo even joked about being broke after getting cut from the Buccaneers.

Shilo Sanders suggests Shedeur Sanders for donation requests

Just a month after his Buccaneers stint, Shilo went viral for refusing to pay a donation to kids for a youth camp. His reason to refuse was his waiver. “I just got cut from NFL,” he jokingly said. “Bro, I don’t got no money.”

But he had a suggestion. “You gotta go ask Shedeur,” he said, knowing that his brother would be on board to help the young kids. However, in response to Shilo’s hilarious comment, the kids took the joke further. They asked about his NIL money, which he made more than a million dollars during his college days. “It’s gone bro,” he responded.

Anyway, he made the promise to offer help someday. “If I get back in the league, I got you,” he said. Now, Sanders’ chance to return to the league isn’t gone yet. The Dallas Cowboys might need a player who can help strengthen their defense. The team has struggled with depth in the secondary, and they desperately need safety help. So, Shilo could be a good fit. But it all depends on Jerry Jones and whether he decides to make a trade before the November 4 deadline.

Besides the Cowboys, another team mentioned in trade rumors is the Cincinnati Bengals. This team also continues to struggle on defense and could benefit from acquiring Shilo. So, older Sanders might still have a path back into the league if one of these franchises takes a chance on him.

As for Shedeur’s contest, he will likely try to participate in it, meanwhile.
