This NFL season hasn’t been very kind to the Cardinals. They are at the bottom with the second-worst record in the league. Now, all eyes are on the Ravens’ impending clash with the Cardinals on this Sunday Night Football. On the back of their gigantic victory last week, the Ravens, led by the impeccable Lamar Jackson, are brimming with confidence. In their recent performance, Jackson recorded three touchdowns and passed for 357 yards, and was nothing short of a stunning display. However, things aren’t looking good for his upcoming opposition.

However, the Cardinals, despite facing injuries, remain a formidable opponent. Even though their star QB Kyler Murray is listed as doubtful due to a knee concern. Not just him, many other significant players like Greg Dortch, Antonio Hamilton, and Jalen Thompson are also questionable. Winning the next game will definitely be hard for the Cardinals as challenges lie ahead for them.

Despite their injury concerns, the Cardinals surely aren’t a force to be taken lightly. Recently, their coach Jonathan Gannon shed some light on their star quarterback’s status.

Kyler Murray’s game status remains uncertain

Despite being listed as doubtful, the Cardinals’ star quarterback, Kyler Murray, might still make a surprise appearance on Sunday. When asked about Murray’s game day, the coach Gannon said, “We’ll see.” Although Murray practiced fully on Wednesday and is said to be “fully healthy,” the final decision about his participation on the weekend remains uncertain.

He has been suffering from a torn ACL and has been on a hiatus since December. Still, Murray has shown promising form and is seen working extensively with practice squad receivers. Recently, Gannon praised Murray’s on-field performance in training. He said, “Ball jumps off of his hand… he’s accurate… he threads the needle pretty well.”
