Chad Michael Murray, known for his roles in movies and TV shows, revealed his deep connection to the Buffalo Bills during a recent appearance on the Today show. Murray, a Buffalo native, proudly shared that he’s been a season ticket holder for over 20 years, attending one game each year with his family.

In the show, the host announced his latest project, “Mother of the Bride,” directed by Mark Waters will release on Netflix this Thursday. During the conversation, a surprise from Buffalo made the actor overwhelmed.

The host handed Murray a special merchandise from the Bills, including a personalized jersey with the number 24, matching his birthday on 24th August. Michael expressed his gratitude, saying, “This is so sweet, guys. Thank you. We are die-hard in our family. We live and die. We were actually at the playoff game this past December. That’s awesome. I cried for like a week. Thank you. Thank you so much.” 

Chad’s passion for the Bills extends beyond attending games. He frequently shares his support for the team on social media, often seen sporting Bills or Buffalo Sabres gear. In 2020, Murray even joined the “Bills Talk with Matt Parrino” podcast to discuss his extreme fandom and memorable moments as a Bills fan. During the podcast, the 42-year-old spoke about crucial games, like the playoff loss in Houston, and shared his expectations for the Bills in the upcoming season. Despite his busy acting career, Michael remains committed to his love for the Bills, finding time to catch games and engage with fellow fans.
