Jerry Jones arguably delays money-related situations for his players. But his daughter, Charlotte Jones, never delays in her philanthropic work for sure. You don’t believe it? Well, here’s the tea: In October 2024, the Executive Vice President and CBO of the Dallas Cowboys made a generous $250,000 donation to cancer research. Not only that!

Charlotte Jones even swapped her executive blazer for black gloves to show gratitude for the veterans of the Salvation Army NTX on Thanksgiving Day. She is making waves in the philanthropic world. But you know what? The story of her bountiful nature doesn’t end here!

On Friday, Charlotte Jones re-shared a story posted by journalist Meredith Land. Celebrating 100 years of impact, the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas is organizing a Reading Day event on March 7. And guess who’s participating? Yes—Jerry Jones’s daughter!

Drumroll, please! Charlotte Jones has been named the 2025 Honorary Chair and will be reading to more than 15,000 local students on the big day. Isn’t that both interesting and exciting? Well, that’s exactly how Jerry Jones’s daughter felt as she shared a caption alongside her story post: “Excited to be a part!” This clearly reflected her enthusiasm for supporting youth and children.

Likewise, thrilled to welcome their star participant, the organization placed Jerry Jones’s daughter’s circular portrait at the center of the promotional graphic. To make the moment even more special, journalist Meredith Land captioned the post: “A Star for Literacy! Excited to see @cjonescowboys named Honorary Chair of @unitedwaydallas Reading Day on March 7!

Presented by Atmos Energy, the event will bring volunteers into classrooms across North Texas to read to thousands of elementary students. They will also participate in online book drives, helping expand each child’s personal library. Now that’s amazing!

Charlotte Jones is participating in youth development. However, her father, Jerry Jones, isn’t interested in joining another big event this offseason.

Does Jerry Jones give no thought to the NFL Combine?

The Cowboys are deep in scouting at the NFL Combine. Fans have heard from new head coach Brian Schottenheimer and plenty of draft prospects. But one voice is missing this time, and i.e. of Jerry Jones.

People know the team’s owner for his signature ‘bus interview‘ at the Combine. But this year? It’s not happening. According to David Moore of The Dallas Morning News, “Jones was tentatively scheduled to meet with the media Friday afternoon after his arrival at the combine. But a club spokesperson said the Cowboys owner had a conflict with other commitments and meetings that had been scheduled. He won’t hold his customary session on the Cowboys bus. But is expected to be available to address the team’s offseason approach next week.” It’s a surprising change!

Just weeks ago, he had plenty to say when introducing Schottenheimer. But for now, Jones is staying quiet. He plans to break his silence next week, but until then, America’s Team’s offseason plans remain a mystery!
