As of now, the Chiefs are dominating the Dolphins, as the scoreboard shows 21-14 with few minutes left in the game. While both teams are trying to show their best performances, the Chiefs’ Isiah Pacheco had to face an unfortunate accident.

The Chiefs’ RB loses his helmet

The Chiefs opened the game as the Dolphins won the toss but deferred it to the second half. In this high-stakes game, the Chiefs and Dolphins were fighting hard to control the game. There was a lot of aggression from both sides, but in the 4th quarter, when the game was in full swing, Pacheco met with an accident.

Pacheco’s teammate threw a ball towards him, and the Dolphins’ Bradley Chubb struck him from behind. The impact was so strong that it knocked Pacheco’s helmet off, but fortunately, it did not result in any injury.
